Platform charges (optional plans, featured listings and invoices for managed project services) are billed by [not yet configured — operator to confirm] and shown on the Pricing page before you buy. Online payment of these charges, where enabled, is made through a third-party payment gateway on its hosted page; we do not see or store card details. Plans are paid per period and do not renew automatically. Invoices are available under Settings → Billing. [BUSINESS DECISION: refund policy for platform charges, GST registration.]
