Exercise your rights or raise a grievance. Requests receive a reference number and a published response period.
Response period: we aim to respond to requests and grievances within 30 days. Specific request types may be faster; your acknowledgement states the deadline.
Escalation: if you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, once its complaint mechanism is operational. Internal escalation does not replace your statutory rights.
The designated privacy contact is a person able to answer questions about processing (DPDP Rules 2025, rule 9). A statutory Data Protection Officer is required only for Significant Data Fiduciaries; the operator has not been notified as one.
If you have an account, sign in to submit a request verified by your session. Otherwise use the form below; we will send a confirmation link to the email address to verify it is yours (proportional verification — we do not ask for identity documents unless necessary).
If the account holder named you as a nominee, file a claim here. You will receive a confirmation email; our privacy team then verifies the claim before any rights are exercised. No account access is granted.
